請願書中提到，網友們並非尋求回到過去，畢竟，如果微軟只是挖掘出 Windows Phone 的檔案重新發表沒有成功的機會。相反，請願書要求微軟推出一款能搭配現代硬體、全新介面，並支援 Microsoft 365、Copilot 及所有現金應用的 Windows Phone 作業系統。
